Iquitos is a jungle city only reachable via air flight. The Amazon River wraps around the city and serves as the major routes of transportation for the local indigenous people. The inhabitants of Iquitos are urbanized natives that lost their lands due to colonialism and logging.

Day 1: Flight to Iquitos

Iquitos Flight: Flight to Iquitos from Lima. Airport transfer to your hotel in Iquitos to enjoy a leaisure day in the jungle city.

Meals: None.

Day 2: Iquitos Jungle Lodge

Iquitos Lodge: After early breakfast you will be treansfered to the Amazon River for a boat ride to the jungle lodges about 90 minutes away.

The rest of the day will be an introduction to the area.

Meals: Breakfast at hotel.

Day 3: Amazon Jungle Tour

Amazon Jungle Tour: After breakfast walk through the jungle to appreciate the untouched areas of the amazon.

Indigenous Village: Visit a local tribe of indigenous people where languages will be translated. A local village elder will introduce you to the local customs & way of life.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at lodge.

Day 4: Jungle Exlporation & Transfer to Aiport

Amazon River Exploration: Tour down the Amazon River to see how jungle people live off the land. We will go dolphin watching and catch piranha from the river. Later in the day transfer you to the airport for your flight to Lima.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch at lodge.
